![]() ![]() The following areas need to be cleaned in the facility:1)The standing water and spills observed in the storage room need to be cleaned up.2)The floor drains in the facility.3)The area around the grease trap where there is food debris buildup. 4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions. Clean shelving to allow for sanitary food storage. Observed wire shelving of tallboy cooler, opposite the cookline, with debris buildup on its surfaces. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. ![]() Replace with containers that are not cracked or broken and could impart plastic into the food.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment. Some were kept togother with saftey pins and other means.
